Registered Nurse – TN Visa Sponsorship (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. This full‑time position is designed for candidates eligible for a TN visa and offers a three‑year renewable contract. You will provide high‑quality nursing care to a predominantly geriatric, Spanish‑speaking population.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with physician orders, center policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate charting, incident reporting, and documentation of patient condition changes.
• Manage narcotic counts, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction procedures.
• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and room changes with relevant departments.
• Participate in physician rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Required profile

• Active RN license in your home country.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to relocate to the United States.

Required skills

• Knowledge of nursing best practices and patient care standards.
• Ability to use electronic health record systems for charting and reporting.
