Registered Nurse – TN Visa Sponsorship (Full‑time, New Mexico)

About the role

SNF Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. The position is full‑time, offers a three‑year renewable contract, and includes TN visa sponsorship, relocation assistance, and housing support for eligible international nurses.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient charts and complete incident reports.
• Handle narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction according to company policy.
• Document changes in patient conditions, including nutrition, infections, skin issues, and weight loss.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to place and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
• Notify relevant departments of room changes, leaves of absence, admissions, and discharges.
• Participate in physician rounds when required.

Required profile

• Current RN license in your home country.
• Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work with a predominantly Spanish‑speaking geriatric population.

Required skills
