Registered Nurse – TN Visa Sponsorship in New Mexico

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. This full‑time position offers TN visa sponsorship, relocation assistance, and a renewable three‑year contract. You will work with a diverse, primarily Spanish‑speaking geriatric population in a long‑term care setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within scope of practice, following physician orders and center policies.
• Document patient condition changes, including nutrition, infections, skin issues, and weight loss.
• Follow established procedures for charting, incident reporting, narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to place and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
• Communicate patient room changes, admissions, discharges, and leaves of absence to relevant departments.
• Participate in physician rounds when required.

Required profile

• Valid RN license in your home country.
• Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Proficiency in English.
