Registered Nurse – US Sponsorship (TN Visa)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. This full‑time position offers a three‑year renewable contract with TN visa sponsorship, relocation assistance, and housing support for eligible international nurses. You will work primarily with geriatric patients, many of whom are Spanish speaking, providing high‑quality care in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate charting and incident reporting according to established procedures.
• Handle narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction following company policies.
• Document changes in patient conditions, including nutrition, infections, skin issues, and weight loss.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to identify, place, and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
• Notify relevant departments of room changes, leaves of absence, admissions, and discharges.
• Participate in physician rounds when required.

Required profile

• Valid RN license in your home country.
• Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to relocate to the United States and work in a long‑term care setting.
