Registered Nurse – US TN Visa Sponsorship (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. The position is full‑time, focused on geriatric care, and includes sponsorship for a TN visa with a guaranteed stay of up to three years, renewable. Relocation, housing assistance, and visa support are provided to help you transition to the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate charting and incident reporting in accordance with facility policies.
• Handle narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction procedures.
• Document changes in patients' conditions, including nutrition, infections, skin integrity, and weight loss.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to place and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
• Notify relevant departments of room changes, leaves of absence, new admissions, and discharges.
• Participate in physician rounds when required.

Required profile

• Current RN license in your home country.
• Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Proficiency in English.
