About the role
The Reliability Engineer will ensure conformance results of product validation for Milwaukee Tools by applying reliability engineering methods.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans for new product development.
- Perform statistical analysis (Weibull, reliability distributions, matrices) to interpret test results and generate clear reports.
- Collaborate with teams in the U.S. and Asia for technical benchmarking and issue resolution.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with timelines and processes.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in new product development, focusing on design.
- Advanced knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA) methods such as 8D.
- Experience with design of experiments, life data analysis, and statistical software.
- Advanced English proficiency.
