Remote Bilingual Paralegal – Family Law & Probate

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled, bilingual Paralegal to support our family law practice remotely. The ideal candidate is a law graduate from their home country, fluent in English and Spanish, and experienced in handling divorce, child custody, and property division matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Conduct legal research, prepare case summaries, and draft complex legal documents.
• Manage client files, both electronic and physical, ensuring organized records.
• Coordinate meetings, depositions, hearings, and other appointments with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Prepare trial, mediation, and other event materials, including exhibits and witness lists.
• Handle e‑filing processes, monitor court deadlines, and ensure timely submissions.
• Provide professional client service, maintain confidentiality, and handle inbound inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in family law (marriage, divorce, custody, support).
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of family law procedures and ethical standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using legal software for case management and e‑filing.
