Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

Logotech is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to work remotely full‑time, supporting U.S. time zones. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them navigate our promotional product catalog and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers.
• Provide product details, pricing, and order status updates.
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and artwork approvals.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely fulfillment.
• Stay up‑to‑date on products, promotions, and internal processes.
