About the role

We are looking for an upbeat, empathetic Remote Customer Support professional to join our self-storage management team. The role focuses on delivering world-class service to English-speaking customers, handling inquiries, collections, and property coordination from a remote location.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with a warm, high-energy greeting and guide customers to suitable storage solutions.
• Create “wow” moments by ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience from the first inquiry to move-out.
• Earn 5-star Google reviews by providing exceptional service; reviews are tied to performance bonuses.
• Conduct proactive outreach to customers with past-due balances, helping them bring accounts current with kindness.
• Manage the digital front desk: assist with lease agreements, update customer accounts, and keep property management software organized.
• Follow up with prospects to provide information and encourage community membership.

Required profile

• Positive, “can-do” attitude with a voice that smiles over the phone.
• Confident communicator comfortable handling a range of conversations, from welcoming new customers to discussing late payments.
• Empathetic and patient, able to turn stressful situations into happy experiences.
• Detail-oriented and organized, quick to learn new software tools.

Required skills
