Remote Recruiter for Global Talent Sourcing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our fully remote, multicultural team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for fast‑growing DTC clients, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, databases and referrals.
• Write and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and create shortlists.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries.
• Proactively identify future hiring needs and build a talent pipeline.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and manage expectations.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) – written and verbal.
• At least 2 years of 360° recruiting experience in‑house or agency.
• Experience in performance‑marketing, creative agencies or paid‑social advertising for DTC brands is a plus.
• Clear, confident communicator who can work independently.
• Enjoys collaborating with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
