About the role

The Restaurant Runner supports the dining team at Four Seasons Hotel Ciudad de México by ensuring smooth service flow and a memorable guest experience. Working on the restaurant floor, you will assist hosts, deliver dishes, and maintain the cleanliness of each table.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests, escort them to their tables and take orders.
Enter orders accurately into the restaurant system.
Deliver plated dishes and beverages to guests promptly.
Clear used plates, glasses and dirty tableware from tables.
Set up and reset tables for new guests.
Monitor assigned tables throughout the shift to ensure service standards are met.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent completed.
1 to 3 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
