Restaurant Server – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our team at One&Only Mandarina, a luxury resort nestled in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. The successful candidate will welcome guests, deliver personalized service, and help create memorable dining experiences in a chic, relaxed atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Set up the restaurant before service, ensuring tables, linens, and settings are ready.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of daily specials, menu items, and wine selections.
• Attend pre‑service briefings to stay informed about bookings, VIP guests, allergies, and special requests.
• Collaborate with fellow servers and kitchen staff to fulfill guest needs efficiently.
• Ensure accurate table allocations, server assignments, and incident management.
• Uphold the highest standards of grooming and professional conduct on and off the floor.
