About the role

As a Restaurant Supervisor at One&Only Palmilla, you will lead daily restaurant operations to deliver luxury hospitality standards. You will work hands‑on on the floor, shaping service culture, operational discipline, and guest engagement while collaborating with Security, Spa, Activities, and Food & Beverage teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Maintain strict compliance with Forbes LQA, corporate, Palmilla, and FSMS protocols.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to uphold luxury service standards and food‑safety compliance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence through coaching and performance follow‑up.
• Prepare staff schedules, manage payroll controls, and coordinate vacation planning.
• Monitor staffing guidelines and control labor costs effectively.
