Sales Development Representative

About the role

Wing Assistant is creating AI‑enabled workforce solutions for fast‑growing companies. As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, generating and qualifying sales opportunities that keep the pipeline full.

Key responsibilities

• Identify companies actively hiring for support roles such as Executive Assistants, Customer Support, Sales Support, Recruiting, Operations, and other business‑support positions.
• Research target accounts to understand hiring needs, pain points, and how Wing’s AI‑driven remote talent can add value.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels, running focused campaigns based on hiring signals and growth indicators.
• Hold early discovery conversations, qualify prospects, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data in the CRM and ensure smooth hand‑off to sales colleagues.
• Feed market insights back to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Required profile

• 1‑4+ years of experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, recruiting, or a comparable outbound role.
• Strong interest in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, AI, staffing, or recruitment technology.
• Competitive, well‑organized, target‑driven and curious about AI‑enabled workforce solutions.
