Sales Development Representative – LATAM (Hybrid)

About the role

Hotmart is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to support its expansion across Spanish‑speaking LATAM markets. You will be the first point of contact with potential creators, qualifying leads and helping them discover how Hotmart can accelerate their digital business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through proactive prospecting and research.
• Use tools such as Semrush, Influencity, Meta and Power BI to enrich prospect data and improve efficiency.
• Engage prospects via social media, personalize outreach, answer inquiries and present Hotmart’s commercial offering.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce, ensuring timely documentation.
• Represent Hotmart at industry events, build a network of potential partners, and collaborate with the LATAM squad to optimise the sales funnel.
• Implement A/B testing on outreach channels, produce activity reports and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Development, Lead Development or Business Development role.
• Based in a LATAM country and comfortable with a hybrid work model.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating with a regional team.
