Sales Development Representative (Remote, Tijuana Preferred)

About the role

We are seeking two motivated Sales Development Representatives to generate new business opportunities for U.S.-based companies in the construction and e‑commerce sectors. This fully remote position is ideal for candidates located in or near Tijuana, Mexico, who thrive in an outbound prospecting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily cold calls and outbound outreach to prospective customers.
• Research and identify potential leads using online tools and resources.
• Build, manage, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Qualify leads and book qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the team to support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting cold outreach.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Hourly rate of $6–10 depending on experience.
• 5% commission on sales generated.
• Full‑time schedule (40 hours/week), Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PT.
