Sales Team Lead – US Market

About the role

MyEdSpace is seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive growth in the United States market. You will lead a group of 8‑10 Sales Specialists, coach them to exceed targets, and continue to meet your own sales goals. This hands‑on role blends leadership with direct selling in a fast‑growing ed‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of 8‑10 Sales Specialists to consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
• Maintain personal sales performance, setting an example for the team.
• Conduct daily huddles, performance check‑ins, and monitor KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, attendance, productivity and quality standards.
• Listen to 1‑2 sales calls per representative each week, provide coaching, and create action plans.
• Onboard, train and mentor new Sales Specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Assist the Head of Sales with final interviews and identify future leaders within the team.
• Ensure excellent CRM hygiene, proper lead management, SLA compliance and accurate pipeline reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and collaborate with Operations, QA, Marketing and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in outbound telemarketing.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and performance improvement.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
