SAP BASIS Trainee – Entry Level Role

About the role

HCLTech is seeking motivated fresh graduates to join its SAP BASIS trainee program. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with SAP system administration, cloud platforms, and enterprise‑wide integrations, preparing you for a long‑term career in the SAP ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support the TDD team with daily SAP BASIS tasks and incident handling.
• Collaborate with functional and technical SAP stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Learn and work on cloud‑based SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Assist in system installation, configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Participate in transport management and security administration across system landscapes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong interest in SAP technologies and willingness to undergo formal training and certification.
• Ability to work in global support environments and adapt to rotational shifts if needed.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem‑solving skills.
