SAP HCM Consultant – Payroll & Time & Attendance (Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a SAP HCM Consultant specialized in Payroll and Time & Attendance to support our operations in Mexico. The consultant will work closely with the local HR and finance teams to ensure the SAP solution aligns with Mexican labor regulations and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP Payroll and SAP Finance modules for Mexican payroll processing.
• Implement and fine‑tune ECPY and WFS configurations to support time‑keeping and attendance tracking.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with current Mexican labor law.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution‑oriented recommendations.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of payroll and attendance functionalities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor legislation.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with a local team.
• Preferably based in Mexico or able to work within Mexican time zones.
