SAP Process Coordinator - SD

About the role

Bosch's regional structure develops, deploys and supports cross-country and cross-continent solutions within the Bosch Vehicle Motion Division. As part of the VM/BDO team, you will work on the digital transformation of Bosch Mobility, including the move to SAP S/4HANA, and help drive regional digital transformation projects to successful rollout. The position is based in Querétaro.

Key responsibilities

• Apply your knowledge of Order Management, Packaging, Pricing and Shipping to cover all Sales and Distribution processes in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA
• Coordinate and facilitate process standardization with other Process Experts, Process Managers and the IT departments
• Support the rollout of digital transformation projects
• Deal regularly with colleagues from other departments at similar or higher levels to agree on processes and exchange information

Required profile

• At least 4 years of functional SAP SD experience, including interface processes with connected areas, customizing, consulting and rollout experience, test management, user support and training
• Experience in the automotive industry and good knowledge of sales and distribution solutions
• Ability to coordinate many requirements and project activities while considering schedules and priorities
• Self-organized, structured, responsible and goal-oriented, with analytical thinking and good communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Excellent command of English and willingness to travel

Required skills

• SAP SD and SAP R/3/S/4HANA
• EDI messaging, shipping and packaging processes, material flows in warehousing and customer invoicing (familiarity with some of these is enough)
• IT project management experience is a competitive advantage
