About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our seasonal restaurant crew at McDonald’s locations in Crete, Laganas and Santorini. As part of the team you will help deliver the iconic McDonald’s experience to thousands of guests each day during the busy summer season.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guests quickly and courteously, ensuring a consistent McDonald’s experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Operate kitchen and service equipment according to company procedures.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- Good command of English.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Team‑oriented mindset and passion for food.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
