Senior Account Executive – LATAM

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a tenured Senior Account Executive to build and scale its Fever for Business unit across LATAM. You will own a targeted book of business in the Strategic and Enterprise segments, shape the local go-to-market approach and drive net new revenue for corporate and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the relationship with Enterprise and Strategic prospects and clients in your territory
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Manage pipeline creation and deal cycles using MEDDIC-style sales methodologies
• Drive new-logo growth and a land-and-expand motion for top-tier customers
• Use Fever's ecosystem and your own network to identify and engage ideal prospects
• Map and multi-thread key stakeholders and craft outreach strategies to improve pipeline quality
• Build client relationships that generate recurring revenue
• Work with Marketing, Partners and Operations, conduct market research and keep CRM hygiene and forecasts accurate

Required profile

• 5+ years in B2B sales (SaaS, media, entertainment, MICE or similar a plus)
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable and able to work independently and in a team

Required skills

• MEDDIC or SPIN methodology experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
