Senior Account Executive & Mexico Sales Lead

About the role

Blue Trail Software is looking for an ambitious, dynamic sales leader to drive the growth of its outsourced software development services in Mexico. This senior position will act as the face of the company in the market, building a pipeline, shaping sales strategy, and eventually leading a dedicated Mexico operation.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Blue Trail Software professionally in Mexico, providing technical credibility and strategic insight.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for outsourced software development services.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, events, outreach, and referrals.
• Understand client needs and clearly articulate complex technical offerings.
• Collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored proposals.
• Track metrics, manage CRM (HubSpot), and report regularly to senior leadership.
• Contribute to the evolution of the sales strategy for the Mexican market.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a local sales and business development team as the operation scales.
• Own commercial results and act as the primary point of accountability for performance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience selling software development, IT consulting, or outsourcing services in Mexico.
• Proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets.
• Strong technical understanding to discuss architecture, platforms, integration, and delivery models with clients.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Highly self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
