Senior Content & Communications Manager

About the role

This senior position will lead the creation and execution of a global, multi‑channel communication ecosystem. Based in Mexico and working remotely, you will shape brand, product marketing, editorial, website and social messaging to strengthen market positioning and drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the multi‑channel content and communication strategy across brand, product marketing, editorial, website, social media, case studies, newsletters and presentations.
• Develop content roadmaps, set priorities, manage communication calendars and ensure execution aligns with business objectives.
• Create, edit and optimise high‑quality communication materials while maintaining a strong brand voice and editorial standards.
• Translate technical product information into clear, compelling narratives that support product marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, design, SEO and external agencies to ensure alignment across all channels.
• Maintain website messaging quality, support landing‑page improvements and drive conversion‑focused communication.
• Oversee PR activities, review materials, ensure positioning alignment and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate social media content, align messaging and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Apply SEO content‑optimization principles while preserving editorial authenticity.
• Research industry trends, competitor strategies and innovative storytelling formats, including AI‑assisted workflows.
• Establish organised content operations through tracking systems, reporting structures and cross‑functional workflows.

Required profile

• Proactive communication leader with strong industry knowledge.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to translate complex product information into impactful communications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives independently and work cross‑functionally.
• Experience shaping and executing multi‑channel communication strategies.
