Senior Data Analyst – HealthTech (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our fast‑growing HealthTech organization. In this hybrid position you will turn complex data sets into actionable insights that shape product and business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines.
• Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
• Write advanced SQL queries and Python scripts to extract and analyze data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.
• Implement and manage ETL processes and data‑warehouse systems.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tell a data‑driven story.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
