Senior ERP Support Specialist (Infor LN)

About the role

Inalfa Roof Systems is seeking a Senior ERP Support Specialist to ensure smooth operation of its global ERP environment. You will work closely with business users, functional and technical engineers, and external partners to keep the ERP system and related applications running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for the ERP system (Infor LN) and associated applications such as barcode scanning, EDI, and interfaces.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, manage service requests, and monitor jobs, batches, and interfaces.
• Assist functional engineers with change requests and project implementations.
• Support technical engineers with proactive maintenance tasks including data cleaning, archiving, indexing, job monitoring, and patching.
• Identify limitations, drive continuous improvement, and advise business users on best practices.
• Coordinate with third‑party IT service providers, customers, and suppliers.
• Maintain and improve documentation quality in collaboration with key‑users.
• Share knowledge within the global ERP team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of operational ERP support experience, preferably with Infor LN.
• Experience in a dynamic global production environment and familiarity with logistics, procurement, production, quality, sales, and finance processes.
• Basic application development/coding skills and knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networking.
• Customer‑focused, service‑driven attitude and strong analytical mindset.
