Senior F&C Controller – FP&A, IT & Digital Americas

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance & Controlling (F&C) Controller to lead the FP&A team for IT & Digital Americas. The role acts as a strategic financial copilot, providing trusted data, forward‑looking insights, and disciplined value realization across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with IT & Digital leadership to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Own end‑to‑end financial governance, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with global and statutory requirements.
• Lead consolidation, reporting, cost allocation, capitalization, contract governance, and charge‑back mechanisms.
• Transform financial data into actionable insights, scenarios, and narratives that support decision‑making.
• Support transformation initiatives, acquisitions, divestitures, and special projects with clean financial cut‑overs and disciplined execution.

Required profile

• Senior‑level finance professional with extensive FP&A and controlling experience.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted business partner and strategic advisor.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable value.
• Fluent Business English and excellent communication skills.
