Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of an innovative technology brand operating in the Web3 ecosystem. The role blends brand strategy, digital design, and cultural awareness to create engaging experiences for global crypto‑native communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strong visual strategy that keeps brand communication consistent, engaging, and culturally relevant across all channels.
• Evolve the brand’s visual identity in partnership with marketing leadership, balancing guidelines with creative experimentation.
• Create high‑quality digital assets for websites, social media, campaigns, events, and community initiatives.
• Design content optimized for crypto‑native platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
• Incorporate current memes, trends, and digital culture while maintaining brand authenticity.
• Monitor emerging design, technology, and Web3 trends to adapt creative strategies quickly.
• Build efficient creative workflows, manage design projects, and coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies.
• Organize and maintain creative assets, templates, and scalable design systems for global growth.
• Lead visual design efforts for conferences, industry events, and community‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital‑first design expertise.
• Experience designing for Web3, blockchain, crypto, or other innovative digital industries.
• Deep understanding of crypto‑native culture, meme trends, and platforms such as Crypto Twitter.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Figma or comparable design tools.
