About the role

Amazon is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic and hands‑on HR support for its Fulfillment Centers. The role blends people‑focused initiatives with operational excellence, ensuring a high‑engagement workplace while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑cycle HR services, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and retention programs.

• Coach and mentor managers on leadership, development, and conflict resolution.
