Senior HR Manager

About the role

Edgewell is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead all human‑resources functions for its 24/7 manufacturing facility in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The role partners with plant leadership to align HR strategy with operational goals and to foster a high‑performing, engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement people strategies that support the overall business plan.
• Serve as a strategic HR partner to plant leadership, providing guidance on talent, labor relations and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee recruitment, selection and talent‑management programs, including succession planning and career development.
• Drive teammate relations, engagement and retention initiatives to create a joyful work environment.
• Manage performance‑management processes and coordinate training and development activities.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards to design competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and international regulations.
• Lead organizational‑development projects and change‑management efforts.
• Monitor HR metrics, analyze results and report findings to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience.
