Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to a business unit within Airbus Helicopters Mexico. The role partners closely with management to align people initiatives with business objectives and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and manage HR services for the assigned unit, acting as the primary HR partner.
• Advise business leaders on all people‑related matters, including talent acquisition, performance, and employee relations.
• Drive execution of HR plans and prepare HR metrics and reports for senior management.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, ethics & compliance standards, and national labor regulations.
• Coordinate compensation, benefits, training, and recruitment initiatives to ensure consistency with business goals.
• Support employee development and career growth.
• Manage consequential actions when required, while monitoring compliance risks.

Required profile

• Professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in a business partnership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and corporate HR policies.
• Ability to analyze HR data and present insights to management.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and integrity.
