Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor for our manufacturing and supply‑chain leaders. In this role you will shape the people strategy, drive leadership capability, and ensure a high‑performance, union‑free environment that supports operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and operations leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Mexican labor legislation, and HR governance standards.
• Coach frontline managers on leadership, employee relations, performance feedback, and disciplinary processes.
• Design and implement talent acquisition, retention, succession, and development programs.
• Evaluate organizational structure and workforce capability, recommending design solutions to improve effectiveness.
• Lead employee‑relations initiatives to maintain a respectful, compliant, and union‑free workplace.
• Analyze workforce metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and develop proactive action plans.
• Monitor HR KPIs and translate data into actionable insights for operational leaders.
• Coordinate HR compliance for customer audits, certification bodies, Quality Management Systems, and ethical standards, driving corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
• Deep knowledge of Mexican labor regulations and HR governance.
• Proven track record in leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn workforce data into strategic recommendations.
