Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to act as a strategic business partner for a large‑scale manufacturing operation in Mexico. The role will oversee all HR functions, support a 24/7 environment, and collaborate closely with site leadership to drive performance through people strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to design and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Promote a positive employee experience and strong workplace culture through engagement and employee‑relations programs.
• Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, organizational design, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Support compensation, benefits, and retention initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze workforce metrics and deliver insights to inform business decisions.
• Lead and develop the local HR team while continuously improving HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in fast‑paced operational environments.
• Demonstrated success in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
