Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to support an advanced AI training initiative focused on commercial contracts and legal documentation. This remote contract position will allow you to apply your expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and risk management to help improve next‑generation AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance contract negotiation playbooks.
• Draft, review, and analyze commercial agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on contract negotiation and risk management.
• Review and improve contract templates and documentation.
• Supply eligible non‑confidential legal materials for AI training.
• Collaborate with legal and project teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a General Counsel, Corporate Counsel, or similar in‑house legal role.
• Strong expertise in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and contract management.
• Experience developing contract playbooks and legal templates.
• Excellent legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Understanding of confidentiality, compliance, and legal risk management.
