Senior NetSuite ERP Consultant – Non‑Profit (Guadalajara)

About the role

Oracle NetSuite’s Advanced Customer Support (ACS) team is looking for a Senior Principal Consultant to help non‑profit and public‑sector customers in Guadalajara. You will act as a strategic partner, using NetSuite expertise and AI‑enabled tools to close functional gaps, improve processes, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document NetSuite value gaps using ACS methodology.
• Prioritize and remediate high‑impact business‑process gaps for non‑profit clients.
• Advise on best practices in fund accounting, grant management, revenue restriction, pledge management and fundraising.
• Define functional requirements for configurations, automations, integrations, reporting and data improvements.
• Partner with Technical Services to design, validate and unit‑test automations and integrations.
• Guide customers in adopting AI‑assisted process improvements such as reporting summaries, AP/document capture and exception management.
• Leverage AI tools internally for discovery synthesis, requirement drafting, meeting summaries and executive‑ready documentation.
• Perform quality reviews of team deliverables and collaborate with TAMs, Support, Analytics and other ACS specialists.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in ERP consulting, operations, finance or related domains.
• Strong NetSuite ERP experience; experience with other ERP platforms is a plus.
• Graduate‑level education in business, finance, information systems or a related field.
• Proven ability to work with senior customer leadership and drive transformation.
