Senior Paid Advertising Strategist

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is hiring a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist. The role leads performance marketing strategy and execution across complex, high-value accounts, owning campaign planning, optimizations, reporting, QA and proactive client communication. It is open to remote candidates in several Latin American countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution for marquee accounts, ensuring delivery against client goals
• Conduct thorough QA to prevent errors that could hurt client revenue, and ensure accurate budget pacing and advise on budget changes
• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in at least two major ad channels (e.g. Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, Snapchat)
• Proactively recommend strategy across channels, analyze campaign data and client sources of truth (including MMTs) and maintain testing roadmaps
• Apply advanced knowledge of attribution, incrementality, contribution analysis, measurement frameworks and channel best practices
• Maintain high-quality communication with clients and internal teams, escalate performance risks early and coach junior talent
• Complete new business appraisals, support the Power Circuit and leverage AI and the Nova ecosystem tools

Required profile

• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, 3+ years in an agency setting
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with at least two paid channels, including campaign development, bid optimization, keyword research and ad copy
• Advanced English, strong written and verbal communication, and confident client-facing presentations
• Project management, organizational and quick-learning skills
