Senior Procurement Manager – Packaging

About the role

Henkel is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead sourcing strategies for a broad packaging portfolio across North America. You will be responsible for negotiating commercial agreements, managing supplier relationships, and driving sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with global priorities.
• Negotiate and secure competitive, resilient contracts across the supplier base.
• Manage supplier performance, innovation, and long‑term value creation.
• Oversee supplier selection, segmentation, and portfolio optimization.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks to ensure continuity.
• Accelerate Henkel’s sustainability agenda through responsible sourcing.
• Support new product launches and business growth through cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Purchasing experience or a four‑year degree plus six years of related experience.
• MBA with at least three years of relevant experience (optional).
• Deep knowledge of market dynamics, industry cost drivers, and procurement best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and project‑management abilities.
• Strategic mindset, self‑starter attitude, and ability to handle complexity.
