About the role
We are seeking a Senior Project Architect with deep expertise in U.S. construction documentation and technical detailing. The role involves producing high‑quality architectural drawings and coordinating detailed construction documents for commercial, mixed‑use, educational and residential projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and review detailed architectural construction documents in accordance with U.S. standards and building codes.
- Produce and coordinate technical details using Revit.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, consultants and technical teams to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support project delivery across multiple sectors, maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
Required profile
- 10+ years of professional architectural experience.
- Proven experience on U.S. projects.
- C2 level English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong technical background in U.S. construction details and building codes.
- Experience in commercial, mixed‑use, educational and residential projects.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- In‑depth knowledge of U.S. building codes.
- Construction documentation.
- Technical detailing.
