Senior Project Manager

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Integrated Project Manager to lead creative and production projects from brief to delivery. The role is fully remote within Mexico and requires fluency in English to collaborate with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end projects across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design and print/POS disciplines.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver email marketing, website content and other creative assets.
• Follow and continuously improve Brandtech+ project management and production processes.
• Handle multiple mid‑ to high‑complexity projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Act as primary contact for new briefs, transform unclear briefs into detailed specifications, and oversee scoping, costing and planning.
• Develop stakeholder communication plans and set clear deadlines.
• Close projects, ensuring standards and requirements are met.
