Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of digital initiatives such as OMNI, Loyalty, Marketplaces, and Front‑End projects. This fully remote position is based in Mexico and requires strong expertise in AI agents and large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of digital projects from inception through implementation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business users, architects, QA, release, and engineering.
• Utilise Atlassian JIRA for project execution and Confluence for reporting.
• Apply metric‑driven management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial compliance.
• Integrate AI agents and LLM technologies (Claude, Co‑pilot, ChatGPT) into project workflows.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience with a focus on digital projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and metric‑driven approach.
• PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
