Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of digital initiatives for a remote‑first team based in Mexico. You will oversee end‑to‑end project execution, from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor digital projects such as omni‑channel platforms, loyalty programs, marketplaces and front‑end solutions.
• Manage cross‑functional teams including business users, architects, QA, release and engineering to achieve project milestones.
• Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive metric‑based performance and timely delivery.
• Control project budgets, track financials and report status using Atlassian tools.
• Integrate AI agents and large language model capabilities (Claude, Co‑pilot, ChatGPT) into project scopes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience with a focus on digital transformation.
• Proven record of delivering complex projects from inception to implementation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets and leading metric‑driven teams.
• PMP or CSM certification is a plus.

Required skills

• JIRA for project execution.
• Confluence for reporting and documentation.
• Hands‑on experience with AI agents and LLMs (Claude, Co‑pilot, ChatGPT).
• Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
