Senior Project Manager, Qualitative

About the role

Konovo is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Qualitative to lead the full lifecycle of global market research projects. The role is remote, supporting the client services team in Mexico, and involves close collaboration with every function across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple global qualitative market research projects from proposal acceptance through final invoicing.
• Serve as the primary client contact, understand needs, manage expectations, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively address issues, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop competitive bids and proposals in partnership with sales and research teams.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and high client satisfaction.
• Oversee operational execution, including survey programming, translations, data collection, and field reporting.
• Track project budgets, manage costs, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders for seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing qualitative market research projects.
• Client‑focused, results‑driven, and detail‑oriented professional.
• Proven ability to work across functions and manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
