Senior Project Manager – Solutions

About the role

Littelfuse is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from concept through product launch. The role ensures delivery aligns with quality, cost, and timing objectives while coordinating cross‑functional teams and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from initiation to implementation, supporting successful launches.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, acting as liaison between project management, planning, engineering, and plant operations.
• Manage APQP deliverables, ensuring milestones are met on schedule, within quality standards, and at target cost.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead phase‑review activities and presentations through NPDP/NTD processes.
• Develop corrective and preventive action plans for project issues.
• Escalate risks or issues that could impact timelines or deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of product development experience, with at least 7 years in automotive or commercial vehicle project management.
• Strong experience with APQP and PMO practices.
• Direct experience working with automotive OEM or Tier‑1 customers.
• Advanced problem‑solving, data analysis, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for global collaboration.
• Fluent English.
