Senior Recruiter – Corporate Hiring

About the role

Solera is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support its rapid growth across North America. You will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract top talent for finance, sales, operations, and marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for sales and engineering positions, from intake to offer negotiation.
• Utilize ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche platforms to source candidates.
• Conduct structured interviews and behavioral assessments.
• Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and produce weekly hiring reports.
• Work with external search partners and manage vendor relationships as needed.
• Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably with sales and/or engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring (software, hardware, product, engineering) and commercial profiles.
• Experience in high‑growth or matrixed environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
