Senior Recruiter

About the role

Omniscient is looking for a Senior Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process as the company scales its organic growth services for B2B software brands. You will be the sole recruiter, shaping the talent pipeline across strategy, editorial, operations, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for every open position, from search definition to signed offer.
• Proactively source passive candidates and build tailored sourcing strategies for each role.
• Write compelling job postings and adjust them based on candidate quality.
• Screen, interview, coordinate interview panels, and keep candidates moving through the process.
• Sell roles, negotiate compensation, and handle counter‑offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to prioritize needs, set realistic criteria, and design interview workflows.
• Own and maintain the Ashby ATS, ensuring data accuracy and process improvements.
• Track weekly and monthly recruiting metrics, create dashboards, and surface insights to flag at‑risk searches.

Required profile

• Senior, full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced marketing or creative agency.
• Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously and work autonomously.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers across diverse functions.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience reporting recruiting metrics.
