Senior Research Consultant – Americas

About the role

Appinio is seeking a Senior Research Consultant to join its Research Consulting Team in Latin America. You will act as a strategic partner for clients, guiding them through the full market research lifecycle—from methodology selection and questionnaire design to data interpretation and storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design, adapt, and analyse market research projects.
• Define study parameters, target groups, and sample sizes.
• Create bespoke questionnaires for use cases such as usage & attitude, tracking, concept testing, MaxDiff, and conjoint analysis.
• Set up fieldwork and manage data collection on the Appinio platform.
• Interpret results, generate actionable recommendations, and produce in‑depth reports.
• Present insights with a focus on clear storytelling and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales on project scoping and with Product to integrate AI capabilities.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Research Consulting Team and Appinio’s product suite.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of end‑to‑end market research experience, preferably consulting B2B clients.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative methods and statistical analysis.
• Proven ability to design studies, write questionnaires, and work across multiple research methodologies.
• Experience creating client‑ready reports in PowerPoint or Google Slides and delivering actionable insights.
