About the role

CSi Palletising is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead growth across Mexico and Latin America. This strategic position combines commercial leadership with hands‑on market development, focusing on high‑value automation and capital‑equipment solutions for FMCG and industrial manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive regional revenue by winning new business and expanding strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute a commercial strategy tailored to the LATAM market.
• Lead major negotiations, solution proposals, and pricing strategies.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing regional sales team.
• Track competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts with engineering, service, and product teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of technical B2B sales experience, preferably in capital equipment or automation.
• Strong background in packaging, palletising, or end‑of‑line systems.
• Proven success in complex, project‑based (CAPEX) sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior‑level customer relationships.
