Senior SAP Transportation Management Consultant (Remote/Hybrid, Mexico)

About the role

The SAP Transportation Management (TM) Senior Consultant will deliver high‑quality project work for clients across North America, helping to expand our Connected Logistics capability. You will work independently, applying a strong analytical mindset to design end‑to‑end logistics solutions while maintaining a hands‑on execution approach.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design complete SAP TM solutions covering planning, execution, freight settlement and charge management.
• Configure and implement SAP TM processes and integrate them with SAP EWM, Logistics Execution (LE) and S/4HANA core.
• Support and validate transportation scenarios in both embedded and decentralized TM landscapes.
• Specify, coordinate and test enhancements (RICEF objects) and ensure seamless integration with warehouse operations.
• Participate in complex consulting projects across management, process and IT domains, with a focus on logistics and supply chain.
• Develop innovative logistics concepts aimed at efficiency, cost optimisation and scalability.
• Build long‑term client relationships, act as a trusted advisor and support pre‑sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP TM, including configuration, process design and at least three full‑cycle implementations.
• Solid understanding of SAP EWM processes and integration with TM; experience with embedded TM in S/4HANA is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% when required.
