Senior Security Auditor

About the role

Softtek is hiring a Senior Security Auditor (full-time) in Mexico. The role focuses on analysing GRC datasets, cleaning and normalising them in ServiceNow IRM, and working closely with a GRC team to document processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse GRC datasets to find missing, incomplete, duplicate, inconsistent or inaccurate information.
• Remediate and normalise data in ServiceNow IRM according to business rules.
• Compare data across ServiceNow, Excel, SharePoint/Confluence or other approved sources to spot discrepancies.
• Run data profiling, reconciliation, validation and quality checks before and after remediation.
• Create repeatable queries, spreadsheets, reports or analyses that help GRC teams spot data-quality issues.
• Carry out approved bulk or individual data-cleanup activities.
• Work with a GRC team on short documentation sprints to turn process knowledge into usable documentation.

Required profile

• 4-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT governance or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and collaboration skills; ethical mindset and strong customer service orientation.

Required skills

• ServiceNow IRM and data analysis.
• Familiarity with COBIT, ISO 27000, ITIL, NIST and PCI DSS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
