Senior Services Team Leader – Resource Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Services Team Leader to oversee resource and logistics management for service and maintenance activities on customer sites. The role ensures the delivery of preventive and remedial maintenance for a range of turbomachinery products while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management, development, scheduling and staffing of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) across compressors, gas turbines, control systems, multi‑stage pumps, steam turbines and turbo‑expanders.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with EHS and quality policies.
• Collaborate with regional planning, finance and resource pools to maximise utilisation, manage budgets and meet financial targets.
• Analyse service demand globally and guarantee timely mobilisation of qualified FSEs.
• Collect customer feedback, address service issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training to achieve certification goals.
• Travel extensively to lead engagements, conduct site visits and liaise with customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience (high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years in services).
• Proven experience as a Resource Manager or Field Service Manager in the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of compressors, gas turbines, control systems, multi‑stage pumps, steam turbines and turbo‑expanders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resource planning and compliance with working‑time regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with regional teams, customers and internal stakeholders.
